   • By accessing and using RealmWeave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
   • RealmWeave LLC provides a digital platform for gamers to create custom maps using AI technology. Our services are intended solely for this purpose.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
   • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of RealmWeave]. Prohibited behavior includes:
     • Transmitting offensive or harassing material;
     • Disseminating unlawful, obscene, or objectionable content;
     • Using the service to create illegal images;
     • Conducting or promoting any illegal activities while using the service.
4. Caution Against Sharing Sensitive Information
   • User Responsibility for Content of Prompts: Please be aware that when using our service, you are responsible for the information you provide in your prompts and interactions. It is important that you do not share any sensitive, confidential, or personal information that you do not wish to be processed by our AI or potentially viewed by others.
   • No Collection of Sensitive Information: RealmWeave does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. We strongly advise against entering any personal, financial, or sensitive data into the prompts or any part of our service. This includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, financial account details, health information, or other private data.
   • User Discretion Advised: Exercise caution and use your discretion when providing information through our service. Information shared cannot always be guaranteed complete confidentiality due to the nature of internet communications and the structure of our services.
5. Account Suspension or Termination
   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. This includes using our services for purposes other than those intended.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All content and services provided on RealmWeave are the exclusive property of RealmWeave or its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
7. Charges
   • RealmWeave offers a free tier with no credit card required to sign up. A Premium Tier is available and payments are securely handled through Stripe. RealmWeave does not retain any User payment data on our servers. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to this policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
   • Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RealmWeave does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
   • RealmWeave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services. RealmWeave images are generated using OpenAI’s models. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or proceedings by OpenAI.
10. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealmWeave and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising from your use of our services.
11. Modification of Terms
    • RealmWeave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
    • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. GDPR Compliance

      • Data Transfer and Security: Personal data is stored in data centers located in the United States. All data transfers are secured via TLS/HTTPS. Sensitive data, such as passwords, is encrypted.
      • Cookies and Session Data: Our website, built with Django, uses cookies and session data for essential site operations. These are stored in a database and intermittently deleted. We currently do not employ cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
      • Age Limitation: Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
